This qualification will allow you to develop your knowledge and understanding and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment within the construction industry.
As the Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Formwork (Formwork Carpenter) has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment you will need to be employed to undertake this qualification.
Upon completion of this Level 2 Formwork (Carpenter) NVQ you will be eligible to obtain the CSCS Blue Skilled Workers Card, paving the way for further advancement.
Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements to take this Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Formwork (Carpenter). It can be undertaken without any previous training or qualifications in this subject area.
Delegates must however be over the age of 16 and be in employment in the subject area.

The Cskills Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Formwork (Formwork Carpenter) conists of a number of units, each of which have a specified ‘credit value’.
Delegates must complete each of the mandatory units which are focussed on essential health and safety principles, and practices in the workplace, that formwork carpenters should be aware of when working on site.
