How Much is Training Via The CITB Employer Network
That depends on the type of training course you want to undertake but the distinct advantage of being a member of the CITB Employer Network is that you will only need to cover 30% of the costs – the CITB will fund 70% of your training costs!

CITB Employer Network – 70% Funded Training
The CITB Employer Network is a CITB funding initiative intended to make training and funding readily accessible for construction employers.
Through this scheme, CITB-registered employers can claim up to £25,000 in training funding each year to assist them in upskilling their workforce whilst removing the complexity associated with standard applications.

The Benefit of The CITB Employer Network
When you join a CITB Employer Network, you’ll be introduced to a local training advisor who will handle just about everything on your behalf including booking your training and securing the appropriate funding. All you need to do is specify the training you need – they’ll do all the necessary paperwork for you and there is no complicated application process.
Training Available Via The Network
A wide variety of courses are fundable via the CITB Employer Network many of which do not need to be grant claimable or mapped to a CITB standard. The exact training available will be determined by your network in association with the CITB but the training covered is considerable and not limited solely to courses provided by the CITB such as; HSA, SSSTS, SMTS i.e. courses such as NEBOSH, IOSH and First Aid may all be covered depending on your Network.
